National Domestic Violence Helpline: 0808 2000 247 - a national service for women experiencing domestic violence, their family, friends, colleagues and others calling on their behalf.


Community Legal Advice Helpline: 0845 345 4345 - call for free confidential and independent legal advice 


National Trafficking advice and information line: 0800 800 5000 – call if you believe a child has been trafficked or you think a child is in immediate danger.


Poppy Project: 020 7735 2062 -  Provides support and housing to women who have been trafficked into prostitution or domestic servitude


Police: 999 – Emergency services


Victim Support: 0845 30 30 900 – provides support to victims of any crime or those who have been affected by a crime committed against someone you know

The Samaritans: 08457 90 90 90 - a confidential emotional support service, available 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which may lead to suicide.


DASL, Drugs and Alcohol service for London: 020 8257 3068 - a London based charity that helps communities to tackle the problems caused by drug and alcohol misuse.


Rights of Women:  020 7251 6577/ 020 7251 8887 – Offer free confidential legal advise to help women through the law 


Refugee Council: 020 7346 6777 - Provides impartial advice on the asylum process, support and entitlements to refugees and asylum seekers


Childline: 0800 1111 – Call free to get confidential help and advice about a wide range of issues


Crimestoppers: 0800 555 111 – A charity helping to prevent and solve crimes. It allows you to give information anonymously about crimes that affect you and your local community.
